This Standards of Practice contains a list of what the inspector is required and not required to do in every aspect of a comprehensive home inspection. The Standards of Practice is the most comprehensive set of guidelines that have been made available to inspectors.

It is over 20 pages long, and is twelve years in the making, with the organization seeking to further improve their level of professional standards.
